Some Personal Information About Me:

I started riding when I was three but my PW50 got stolen when I was 5. so i played soccer for a few years and then started riding and racing again when I was 11 and I havent stopped since. I graduated high school in 2004 with 3.2 grade point average. I was attending American River College and taking my general ed courses but i put that on hold to accomplish my racing goals and dreams.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

Right now my schedule consists of alot of gym and alot of riding! Supercross starts in january so i am currently busting my butt learning the tricks and practicing supercross monday through friday. Im going to have to get a job till the racing season starts because it is expensive to practice and keep the bills paid.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

Every racers dream in life is to be a successful pro that recieves a pay check each week for doing what he loves. When in reality, not many racers reach that dream. I was attending American River College in Sacramento, California with a major in business. Over the last few monthes I have noticed a large industry of marketing and may change my major so that someday I can become a marketing manager or work somewhere in the field. School has been put on hold because I have been given the opportunity to ride for a living. Im not getting a pay check but Riley Racing is covering some of major expenses in order to help get me to the races!

Competitive Highlights

My biggest career highlight was competing at Loretta Lynns Dude Ranch for the 2004 Amatuer National Championships. Sitting on the line, knowing that you made the top 42 riders in the nation, is an accomplishments in its self. Then when you think of all the hardships, the ups and downs, the good days and the bad days, you realize what you have just accomplished.

How I got started

I started riding when I was 3 years old on a PW 50. I started racing when I was 4. When i was 5 my PW was stolen out of the barn, so I started just play riding on a DS 80 until I was about 11 years old. My dad and I rebuilt a 1986 CR 80 that was found in a creek and we bought it for $475. I raced that bike for year or so until we got a new 1999 YZ 80. I rode 80`s till i was 14 and got to the top of the 80 intermediate class then stepped up to 125`s. I rode novice for a year and half. I turned intermediate and steadily worked my way to the front. I attended all the amatuer nationals except for mini O`s and Mammoth mountain in 2004. My results, for the most part, were most top ten`s with a few top 5`s. In 2005, I attend in selected AMA Nationals, did the Canadian MX2 West Series where i finished 9th overall, and also competed in the Western Four-Stroke Nationals where I took 3rd in the 250f class and 6th in the 450f class. 2006, I traveled and raced all the american nationals but only qualified for three of them. 2007 was my break out year! I had most the cards in place and qualified for 9 out of 12 and scored some national points. I had some major bike problems along the way but met some awesome people that helped me get through. 2008 is a new year and a new ride! I've got nothing to lose and everything to gain!!

Goals for the Future

I plan on racing the AMA supercross series in the supercrpss lites west class as long as all goes good. After that i plan on racing as many of the AMA Nationals as possible. I also plan on attending some of the AMA Arenacross events. Along the way, I plan to do well at all these events and represent my sponsors and the people around me in a professional way.
